New third-party certification

We continuously work to improve our products so they meet the latest international standards, such as fire classifications, and the requirements of our international distributors and customers for documentation and certification related to sales and material deliveries.

We have therefore established a comprehensive quality assurance system where all processes are specified and defined; from purchase to the final production of our products and our subcontractors.

This quality assurance system also means DEKO is well on its way to achieving total ISO 9001 certification.

The DEKO quality assurance system is based on our European Technical Approval (ETA) from 2006 and the ISO 9001 standard.

The system has been independently audited and certified by Dancert A/S, the certification body of the Danish Technological Institute.

The certification of our quality assurance system also includes an updated certification and approval of the following products:

• DEKO PV system partitions
• DEKO PF system partitions
• DEKO BK glazed partitions
• DEKO GV double glazed partitions
• DEKO FG and DEKO FG Fire single glazed partitions

Third-party certification is mainly a requirement of our markets in the Middle East where this type of certification is part of the delivery requirements. However, an increasing demand for such certification is also found within Europe where major operating companies, architects and developers are increasingly focusing on quality and documentation.

The third-party certification, along with our existing ETA and CE approvals, means that DEKO and our distributors are in an even stronger position when qualifying for projects with the latest international quality requirements
