Sweco

DEKO was the carpentry contractor for Sweco’s new headquarters, responsible for all interior carpentry work for the voluminous new building in Ørestad City.

DEKO’s contributions include 1,300 m2 of acoustic-regulating plaster surfaces in the atrium skylight, 3,000 m2 of raw gypsum partitions, 1,000 lbm of smoke curtain and 8,000 m2 of system ceilings. Additional features include 800 m2 of glazed partitions for conference rooms, flexible spaces, offices etc. and 44 glazed panels on the atrium side of the adjacent floors. There are also 71 sound-rated doors in DEKO FG partitions, three DEKO DG doors in DEKO FG partitions, 16 fire doors, seven sliding gates, two double, pivot-hinged fully glazed doors for the canteen and 145 other doors.
