On behalf of DEKO in Taastrup, Career | a JKS Company is looking for a CNC Operator to work with the programming, setup and operation of modern 5-axis CNC machines in a high-tech production environment.

About the job

As a CNC Operator at DEKO, you will become part of a strong production team, working with the advanced machining of aluminium profiles for products such as frames and doors. You can expect a varied working day with modern production equipment, diverse tasks and ongoing opportunities for professional development.

Your responsibilities:

• Programming and setting up 5-axis CNC machines
• Operating and monitoring production with a focus on quality and precision
• Carrying out visual quality inspections of components
• Optimising and maintaining production processes
• Ensuring delivery at the required quality and within agreed deadlines
• Collaborating with colleagues across the production department
• Participating in a rotation scheme across several workstations

Your profile:

• You have experience as a CNC Operator, possibly with a qualification as an industrial technician or machinist
• Experience with 3-axis or 5-axis CNC machines is preferred
• You have experience with and an understanding of CAM software such as Fusion, Mastercam, Alphacam or BSuite
• You can read technical drawings and work accurately to specified measurements
• You have strong technical understanding and a keen eye for quality
• You are comfortable using IT as a natural part of the production process
• You are fluent in Danish.
