At DEKO, we are looking for a Production Employee who enjoys practical work and would like to become part of a growing company. You will join a committed team where collaboration, quality and good collegiality are key.

Your educational background is not necessarily the most important thing to us. Experience from production, assembly or a craft/trade is an advantage, but we would also very much like to hear from unskilled applicants who are practically minded and eager to learn.

your tasks

You will become part of our production team, where your tasks will include:

• Processing and cutting profiles in wood and aluminium
• Helping and supporting the other production employees
• Performing visual quality control
• Ensuring order and cleanliness in the workplace

You will be part of a rotation scheme across several workstations, giving you a varied working day.

your profile

We imagine that you:

• Have experience from production, assembly or similar work, but this is not a requirement
• May not have formal training, but are eager to learn a trade and develop your skills
• Can read and understand simple drawings
• Work carefully and focus on quality
• Speak and understand Danish

We place particular emphasis on you being:

• Reliable and taking responsibility for your working day
• Engaged and contributing positively to the team
• Hard-working and ready to lend a hand where needed
• Comfortable with both independent tasks and teamwork
• Positive and contributing to a good working environment
