We are looking for a dedicated, hands-on production supervisor for our aluminium and timber frame and door production.

about the job

As a Production Supervisor at DEKO, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations, ensuring that production runs efficiently, materials are available, and the production plan is followed.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate and oversee production
• Ensure that the production plan is followed
• Receive and handle goods and incoming products for production
• Ensure that materials and components are available at workstations and machines
• Assist with internal transport and the collection of goods
• Maintain order and structure in the production area and warehouse
• Collaborate with the production team to optimise workflows and efficiency
• Contribute to a safe and positive working environment

We expect you to:

• Are practically minded, hands-on and not afraid to get involved
• Have strong teamwork skills and can maintain an overview in a busy working environment
• Work in a structured and responsible manner
• Have experience with inventory management and material handling
• A forklift licence is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Communicate effectively with both colleagues and management
• Be fluent in Danish
