At DEKO, we are looking for an experienced profile who can drive complex projects and act as a professional and strategic sparring partner for our customers. As one of the few companies in the industry, DEKO is both a manufacturer and developer of its own products, primarily glass partitions, while also operating to a large extent as an executing contractor.

You will become a key link between the market and our internal specialists on projects where we deliver everything from our own system solutions to specialist contracts involving interior carpentry work.

Your role at DEKO

You will have full responsibility for your own projects and help shape the solutions from the early dialogue until the project is handed over to our executing contracting department. At DEKO, we manage the entire value chain ourselves, from development to production, which gives you a unique technical foundation in your sales work and advisory role.

You will have a very broad interface, working not only with customers and influencers, but also closely with DEKO’s other departments such as quotations, production, contracting and R&D. You will use your experience to create both technical and commercial value.

With around 100 permanently employed carpenters behind us, we are a solid contracting company with strong craftsmanship and execution capabilities on site. This gives you a strong professional backing when advising on large specialist contracts and complex solutions.

Your areas of responsibility include, among others:

• Independent technical advisory, project sparring and sales to architects, contractors and developers
• Early technical and financial clarification, including responsibility for pricing strategy
• Final sales process, including order and contract clarification with the customer
• Management of the quotation process and ensuring progress towards final order
• Professional handover of won projects to production/contracting
• Structured handling of project data and active use of CRM and digital tools
• Contribution to knowledge sharing and the development of solutions and workflows

You are trained as an engineer, construction architect, building constructor or have a similar technical background, combined with several years of experience from the construction industry. You understand construction processes in depth and are used to navigate complex technical and commercial decisions.
